Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch.
• Once goods have been dispatched, transportation charges are non-refundable.
• If installation staff have already arrived at the site, the labor call-out charge is also payable.
• If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable or refuses the order, the customer is responsible for the incurred transportation cost.
• Any refund for returned products will be processed after inspection and according to our return policy.
